Conversation with a wanna be neo-con
Edited on Sat Oct-16-04 02:00 PM by Bleachers7
I had a bizarre conversation with my brothers neo-con wanna be boss. He is 60. He does not care for minorities. He likes to use the word niggers a lot (even with customers).

This conversation was all over the board. I will post what I remember.

He said that the democratic policy is for the blacks that don't want to work.

Republicans support policies that will bring back manufacturing jobs. Why haven't they been supported the last 4 years? The Clenis. I already felt like I was in bizarro world, but there's more.

He supports privatizing social security because $1300/month isn't enough. He also said people should be allowed to contribute to IRA's. As for people in their 80's that are broke... They should go back to work. OK.

He supports Medicaid and will take advantage of it. Does that make him a "nigger" on the dole? I didn't ask.

The corporations control the gov't and they should. He thinks that's OK. He says that they keep the country running. They have to keep the dollar moving.

We were right to invade Iraq. He wants to spread freedom to those who are oppressed by their gov't. That's reasonable right? Well, it goes further. We have to spread freedom where there is a benefit for us. Iraq has very good oil that we can "protect." I mentioned Sudan. He said Sudan has nothing to offer. Isn't spreading freedom fun?

North Korea is next. I asked why since they have nothing to offer us? He said that they are crazy enough to use the bomb. I half agree with that. I think they are crazy enough, but only if we attack.

He thinks the draft is coming and it's necessary. I agree with that though for different reasons.

That's about all I can remember for now. He basically thinks the Democratic party is the "nigger" party. It's all Clinton's fault. Niggers will never work so give the money to the rich who will then spend it at small businesses. Don't give money to the niggers because they will just lay on their asses, drink beer and smoke. All this while sucking at the gov't teat.

I have to go out for a while. I just wanted to leave you this brain-dump to remind you that these kinds of people exist. I think this person would be classified as a neo-con. He would not be a fascist because he believes in the rights of people to disagree. He was not foaming at the mouth or angry when he was telling me this. I just wonder if he was expecting me to agree.

9. Clinton set the policies.
And now the Bushies have to change them in the future. Why haven't they done that yet? Next term.

Horseshit.

5. well, the GOP is the white-nationalists' party
so of course they can't admit or see that the Democrats are the party of all Americans, cause "real" whites will be Republicans... so who's left?

This guy is another example of how unhinged so many Americans are from reality, starting at the very top.

10. I agree on some level.
I think that there are a lot of people like this, at least on the social/race issue. Most people won't talk about it.

6. Neocon? Nah,
he's just a white racist nut, base of the GOP. Alot more of them than you might think, they start talking when you live in white areas and you've known them a few months. And if it's not the "niggers", it's the "beaners", or whatever group they're hating that day.

Shower, need a shower.
