3. Damn--that's rich--Graydon Carter is his frigging boss at
Vanity Fair. He wrote "What We Have Lost" and is the editor of Vanity Fair and despises Shrub with a passion. His editorals each month for the past year have been a thing of beauty to read. Why he still keeps Hitchens writing for the magazine is beyond me.

8. Graydon Carter just asked him
Edited on Sat Oct-16-04 06:17 PM by zuzu98
if he would send his son to Iraq. He danced around it and then said "I wouldn't stand in his way." Then he claimed that their wives were in greater danger in Washington! :puke:

to keep out drunken, immoral, white, nitwits.

4. Couldn't happen to a nicer
greasy haired, alcoholic scum bag. Apologies to all alcoholics everywhere. This guy is always hung over and looks like he hasn't bathed in months. He pretends to be liberal, but somehow always supports the repukes...wow, how strange... any details of the whupping?

10. I think the story is he used to be a liberal but
somehow he had a hardon to go bomb the Iraqs to smithereens..and thought bush was just the guy to do it.

21. why did blair jump to support geebush
the same reasoning's probably behind 'liberal' hitchens supporting boosh; 'anglo saxon' solidarity? money and status? fact is, they're pigs and their thinking is piggish, iow who cares why....
why does mccain betray his country to support someone like bush who hates liberal democratic america? why does cnn/nbc/pbs/abc washington post/nytimes etc support something that damages their long term $ and security interests? racism? stupidity? cowardice? we need to torture some of these bastards to find the answer.....thank god bush has made using torture ok (lol) Hitchen's torture will be easy: no rum (or rubbing alcohol) for few days....hahaha

30. and it's such a mystery!
the logic used in local municipal politics concerning sewers and garbage etc is deeper and more complex yet easier to understand and thus makes more sense compared to why national media and big corporations etc support a phony pretentious out and out imbecile like bush- which brings us all to the alice in wonderland rabbit hole we find ourselves in......christ, reagan was a big stretch; bush jr's career is impossible, right outta a goofy movie! The people who support bush are either stupid or they're crooks

19. His voice reminds me of Richard Burton.
Along with the drinking rep. Richard was a better actor, though.

25. I watched the middle 30 minutes of this
Hitchens started getting really delusional, "we are killing 100 terrorists a day..."

Had to turn after that. He was debating a sane man and it was no match.
