I'm tired
I am not complaining, I don't want to leave the country, I believe and I will fight until my last breath. Just looking for some venting. I showed Farenheit 911 to my upstairs neighbors today, they were SHOCKED, by everything, all of it, every last bit. I have never seen jaws so close to the floor. I go to my baby boards hot topics and see the posts of the happy Iraqi's and progress our "liberal media" refuses to show with the caption "Who do you think they would vote for"? It is just scary the lack of knowledge and introspection, it frightens me, it makes me tired. Not tired like well what is the point tired, but tired looking to some friends to buck me up.

3. President Kerry will fix a lot
And we will have a more open government we can trust. Much of that lack of knowledge currently is intentional. That's why propaganda works.

4. It's Like Having A Baby
....right when you're so tired and fed up you think you can't take it any more, that means you're almost there....:)

We're heading in to the final stretch DU-ers...there will be more fights ahead but this one is going really, really well. I remember in the post "Saddam Is Caught" fever, people were saying NOBODY could beat Bush, and now he is being exposed more and more everyday and his approval ratings are TANKING. The more people see of Kerry the more they like his message.

Yep we're all tired, me probably less so since I live in a totally "BLUE" area HEY I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT KATHY! YOU'RE DOING GOOD!

5. just remember we are all in this together. our big tent
has so many people, from so many different groups, its amazing. groups coming together that you cant imagine

we are many millions strong and we WILL fight the good fight. i believe that light always will overcome the dark.
and we are soooo close. after everything kerry has been through to get to this point, i cannot believe he wont win.

i know theres lots of work to be done before and after election, but we are going to do this!

and thank you for caring so much and for sharing the truth with those who will see. clearly not everyone is open to truth but we cannot do a lot for those who are on the hardest right, certainly not right now.

for me, i give it all to God. i have to but thats just me. im just sharing what i do to get through the insanity!

if you can, dont forget to watch going upriver. everything is there to believe that kerry was meant for us now.
and thank you for all you do. hope you get some good "rest"!

7. Thanks for the buck up
You all brought tears to my eyes. I used to be ABB, and still am. But more importantly I believe in John Kerry. I do live in a blue state, about as blue as you get, RI. But it makes me feel impotent in ways, and when I see the disinformation and I fight tooth and nail for every vote here, because I believe EVERY vote matters, it does wear on me. I call Iowa, I call New Hampshire, I CONFRONT my fellow Rhode Islanders. I am just floored by the ignorance of good and intelligent human beings. I am floored by their lack of knowledge! I am floored by how floored they are by Farenheit 9/11!!!

But anyways thanks for the kind words and the enthusiasm! I do believe, thanks for giving me the pep rally when I needed it desperately! My 7th time watching Farenheit 9/11 but just crushes me every time.

10. I just watched it with my mom tonight too...
She is voting for Kerry but had never seen it. However, I remember that when Bush was first selected she said he seemed like "a good person." She thought some of it dragged a little, but loved it otherwise, just shaking her head at how anyone could vote for Bush with all he has done. As for me, this is the first time I had seen in since in the theaters in June, and it hit me just as hard as it did then. I really can't believe Bush is even in the running... but I am going to do everything I can to make sure he is run out on Nov. 2nd.

11. right on budkin. youre lucky to have a mom like that
she is clearly open minded and rational! and to watch f9/11 shows it to an even greater degree

my mom and i talk about everything else but politics. she is one of those from ww2 generation who has shut down (from her childhood really), and does not take in painful realities. and that goes for basically every subject

oh well. she must know a little of whats going on because she lets me slip some truth in here and there about whats going down

glad youre here

12. I think we're all tired.
But we're in the last stretch, here and we can do it. To quote my favorite candidate, "Hope is on the way." Just keep repeating that to yourself and we'll get through this together!
