8. Hmmm...That's Fairly Red There... |
|
I hope that means something.
Is there going to be problems with voting in that area thanks to mother nature? A friend in Broward keeps hearing that there are massive logisitical problems in making sure polling places are up in hurricane damaged areas.
Thanks for the good news. I pop into Melbourne and listen to their local radio. Any good local wingnut hate show that would rant on this...I might want to call in from Chicago and say hello. LOL!!!

4. It says serving the space coast, so I guess around Cocoa Beach.. |

East coast. Tampa Trib has something, but not an endorsement. Just checked St Pete times...nothing yet.
I doubt the Orlando sentinel would endorse Kerry.

I think it's better than NYTimes' "Bush Sucks" endorsement. (Though I completely agree with their complaints about Bush, I wish their endorsement was more pro-Kerry and less anti-Bush. Then again I shouldn't be complaining about a Kerry endorsement.)

6. Interesting observation |
|
Good point. I didn't even notice it was so slanted against Bush, but having heavily relied on CNN until late, I'm so glad to hear such open, honest discourse about this utterly deceitful and hypocrital administration....

11. I did the CNN thing for quite a while as well |
|
They had me brainwashed up to about a year and a half ago when we heard "Mission Accomplished" but still had no WMDs. I bet that during that time I got at least 75% of my news from their TV network or website. Luckily it was an amazingly easy habit to kick.
TV "news" is such garbage.

12. "Florida Today" is also a Gannett paper |
|
I know many claim that Gannett is a RW organization, and they actually did start out that way. Over the years, their previous CEO (Al Neuharth) steered the company philosophy toward a hard center. Gannett papers can lean how they want, but I know their flagship USA Today's traditional philosophy is no candidate endorsements.
Interesting that another paper of theirs, the Arizona Republic, endorsed Bush.
