How are those of you in "Sinclair states" preparing for attack film? |
|
Hope as many people as possible know that they are having propaganda forced down their throats and are being used to return favors to Bush, Inc. for relaxing media ownership rules.
I cannot come to terms with this outrage.

here that are Sinclair, which means both stations are scheduled to run the d**n thing. We've called, e-mailed and written the local folks AND advised we will be fiing formal complaint for consideration when their licences come up for renewal. The local folks were very unhappy about the questions surrounding the renewal of their licences.
From what I've heard, some of the people working for (not owning or running the thing) them are very unhappy about all this! I imagine they will not be Bush supporters.

2. Someone suggested this on another thread: |

Throw a movie watching party that night and invite as many neighbors as possible over to see F9/11, Going Upriver, Outfoxed, whatever.
Publicize it, make it a big community event.
If your neighbors wouldn't show up to watch "liberal" films, show something else. Just get them to keep Sinclair stations turned OFF.
