Did Rove really say that Bush won all three debates?
Saw a piece of that on CBS face the nation.

In this case, my apologies to the "gullible Ohioans" - my post from yesterday http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=132&topic_id=1091652&mesg_id=1091652

At least Ohioans can have an excuse - their churches and Limbaugh are the sole source of information.

Rove is just a duplicitous hypocrite but, of course, this is redundant.

1. Well of course he did....as did all the other whores; you shoulda heard
Karen Hughes ebulliently touting her guy's "victory" afterwards. They HAVE to say that. If the moron shows up and manages to spit out a coherent sentence or two, it's a "win" in their little pinheads. They've buried the bar for him about 3 feet underground; all they have to do is hope he doesn't fall in the trench while trying to clear it.

2. If he did not, he woudl not be doing his job
One thing people need to undersatnd... when you are running a campaign (regardless of party or idiot for candidate), you claim victory at every turn. This is natural and should be expected

Now the question is how he did it, and whether he was challenged on that statement.

3. Yes. I heard him say it live on CNN and Faux...
...the night of the last debate. He said it into every camera he looked into.

4. Better question: Did ANY of the talking heads QUESTION him on it?
Probably not. Just like Jon Stewart pointed out, the TV talking heads have no interest in determining the truth. They are only interested in giving the parties a forum to recite their talking points.
