Tracking poll: Bush may be expanding lead over Gore (October 19th poll)
By CNN Polling Director Keating Holland

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Texas Gov. George W. Bush may be expanding his narrow lead over Vice President Al Gore in the hard-fought presidential race, according to Friday's CNN/USA Today/Gallup tracking poll. Friday's results indicate Bush garnering 50 percent and Gore drawing 40 percent of likely voters' support.

1. LOL!
Gallup is back to its usual handjobs -- oversampling Republicans again. Most deserving of ignorage (as the Bush-Gore polls demonstrate, clear as gin).

4. Amazing how Gore won the election in 2000. Based on Gallup polls
if Gore won the popular vote by 500,000 votes, (Note: Minimum estimate discounting mass GOP voter fraud), then Kerry is going to win in a landslide!

Wooooo - hoooo!

5. the pattern of deception is so obvious
the only objective of CNN and Gallup is to try to demoralize Democrats at this critical point in the election.

7. Agreed and they don't seem to realize -- or care -- that they are really
inspiring us to GOTV even more. Do they really think we'll all just stay home? Yes, that's a rhetorical question. They certainly WISH we would. Not gonna happen.
