If the numers are inaccurate -- that makes me angry at the media and the polling guys -- who do they think they are?

33% of the non understanding think they understand why they are not understanding
10% of the undecided understanding thought that someone else should understand for them
So as I added up the sample that makes 130% of the sample. As far as I understand
