Even if their internal polling were showing a gain by Bush, how would you know what would show up in 72 hours? That's three days down the road.

8. As usual after every other group of independent pollsters |
|
show Kerry closing the gap, Gallop does another REpublican heavy poll to skew the medai reporting.
We should begin a campaign of writing to CNN advertisers to inform CNN that they should start using a pollster who is less right wing oriented.
(ABC actually did a few polls without Gallop for a few days after the Zogby revelations about Gallops methodology, but switched back to GAllop, probably due to some contractual argument but now ABC points out that the polls did poll more REpublicans)
Now if you adjust for the percentage differences, Kerry would actually gain nine points in the GAllop polls, placing him one point over Bush.

not polls. Most of the other polls, particularly the ones adding up electoral votes, are too close to call. I've seen several electoral vote polls giving Kerry/Edwards the lead.
I still think there won't be an election if it really is "too close to call" and a big terror event will be MIHOPed on Oct. 31. End of the Republic (what's left of it), followed shortly by the end of civilization. Hope I'm wrong.
