Kerry signs appearig on my street!

on my way back form work this early afternoon, I noticed at lleast 3-5 of the lawwn Kerry Edwards sogns (in the Hampton Roads area) Then I drov by a HUGE one, ten 3 more...

whoa...maybe my t shirt has something to do with this (I wore my Kerry real Deal t shirt al summe rlong!)

2. Hampton Roads is in Virginia.

The waters just off the coast were the site of the famous Battle of Hampton Roads between USS Monitor and CSS Virginia during the Civil War.

then I go out and turn on a Canadian tv station and there they are talking about the Battle of Hampton Roads. Wierd...

3. I live in Houston, in fact, I live in DeLay's (Decay's) district

and there are a lot of Bush signs (naturally), but there are a lot of Kerry signs too, and in this SE suburb outside Nasa that is just unprecedented because Bush actually has been quite good for NASA funding and promises to keep that funding coming. Of course, if you look at every other basic science funding it is being cut drastically.

What does he have in mind for NASA? I'll tell you this, it ain't mars. He plans on moving it into DOD.

4. One Kerry/Edwards sign went up in my neighborhood this weekend...

...but it was in my yard. Mostly Bush/Cheney signs around Macon, GA. Hell, one guy even has a Peroutka sign in his yard. Fine by me, that's one vote Bush won't get.

8. I'm in Hampton Roads too....not seeing many Kerry OR Bush signs....

but all the churches are fasting in shrubs honor. maybe they will be too weak to vote :)
