CNN Features 3 Newspapers Endorsing Bush & Ignore Kerry (Shocker!)
Edited on Sun Oct-17-04 05:44 PM by cryingshame
So they are talking about the 2 campaigns... well, actually, they more or less give Kerry passing mention and pretty much just talk about Bush.

They show three newspaper titles who've endorsed Junior. So I wait to see them show ANY newspaper names for Kerry... and, you got it... they just rolled right along into-

Bush giving major speech on terrorism in Dem. stronghold of NJ.

And BY GOD, they had footage of the WTC burning and people weeping in each others arms.

That's right, CNN has resorted to showing 9/11 carnage to help elect Junior.

:puke:

No wonder I almost never even dial past CNN anymore...

1. They did mention, almost in passing, the New York Times endorsing JK.

2. Not When That Insipid, Young Woman Reported...
unless they went back into it after showing the WTC burning.

I turned it off at that point.

6. Anchor Went Into Story About Bush In NJ To Talk About Terrorism
and they used footage of the WTC burning as well as people crying.

I turned tube off at that point.

4. It can be interesting to just see how bad
a job they do of being balanced - from time to time.

Just so you know what's going on - how they may be affecting the election and all...

7. It's necessary to watch cnn for
reconnaissance but I hope their numbers are dropping due to Pravda Parallels.

The owner of cnn must be sitting up nights thinking of new ways to pimp their piece of crap.

10. I think they are pretty far right already
I imagine those big corporations are just dying to their hands on our tax dollars - they have a lot to lose here.

9. A good reason to be distrustful of their polling data.
Carol Lin seemed utterly DESPERATE to make the polls look good for Bush when she talked to Keating Holland, CNN pollster, just before she "reported" on the endorsements.

The pressure from the WH on CNN must be intense. THAT WAS NOT JOURNALISM BY ANY STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION, IT WAS PURE FASCISM.

11. BTW the anchor interviewed the CNN poll director and
after they went through all of the reasons that Bush was "in the lead" (People like his taxes better, Kerry's a liberal, people trust Bush more to protect them, etc.- all speculation, of course), the anchor actually told the guy that HE DESERVES A PROMOTION.

Can ya believe it?

12. and MSNBC
MSNBC is not much better. Here's their story on the endorsements. They portray the endorsements as evenly divided - no mention of the fact that the circulation numbers are something like 4-1 for Kerry:
