I know that the Kerry campaign has stopped advertising in these states. But a few recent polls still show things are pretty close in some of these states. Are any 527 groups picking up the slack?

2. I watch the news sometimes and apprentice and have NOT seen
any

even our federal house congressman does not have much - the rethug competitor has lots of ads one right after the other and signs in clumps of 10 in areas of the city - they have tons of money pumped into their new possible rep

where are the dems

winning the congress is as important as winning the presidency - a dem president with rethug congress is still a disaster

3. I'm in VA
and all I've seen are Bush ads but not many at that. As a matter of fact, I think it was the health care wonky map one.

4. Voting begins TOMORROW in most states.
I think people are forgetting that the election does not begin on Nov. 2 anymore.

Maybe the campaign is winding down.

5. Not in AZ, I just returned from a GOTV organizational meeting.
One thing they made clear is that AZ is a GOTV state, not a "persuasion" state.

We win if Democrats vote, so they don't need to run ads, but they do need canvassing, canvassing, canvassing and early/VBM ballots.

I saw a moveon pac commerical the other day. Played the quote of bush saying he never said bin laden wasn't a priority and then played the old clip of him saying he wasn't concerned.

8. I saw an Operation Truth ad the other day.
The one that features the soldier missing part of his arm. I'm in Phoenix BTW.
