Newspaper Polls Reflect Divided Nation = MSNBC - The Spin

Complete spin - the TV media is trying to diminish the print media.

First, they highlight Bush endorsements - all with excerpts. Then list a couple of Kerry endorsements excerpts. Then the real headline:

"Nine newspapers have switched sides, endorsing Kerry this year despite endorsing Bush in 2000, including Bush's hometown Crawford paper, the Lone Star Iconoclast."

And because Kerry is being given so many endorsements - they do this poll to say they don't matter.

Remarkable, first Bush failed miserably in the debates, and we heard the desperate GOP spin - Kerry won the debate, he is a good debater, but we are not voting on a debate.

Now, Kerry is receiving huge endorsements from newspapers across the country - both conservative and liberal papers.
