Will There Be A Deregulation Backlash In Kerry's Presidency For Sinclair?
Is it possible that the actions of the Sinclair group - which has enfuriated both Democrats and moderate Republcians - might serve as the wake-up call on media deregulation? Just the absence of Michael Powell would seem a vast improvement, but what are the chances that this could become a major issue once Kerry is in a position for retribution?

2. like i keep saying. when Michael Moore runs the FCC
the monopolized media will tremble. They will be made to comply with fairness laws.
Howard Stern will be in charge of deciding what is and isn't decent of course too.

4. I think consolidation of the media should be one of the first topics
that Kerry addresses. The Fairness Doctrine that Reagan did away with should be reinstated. Kerry won't be able to acomplish much as president unless he gets fair treatment from the media.
