session closed now? What's that mean?
Well the good news is it ended with * barely above 50, and he was dropping. So at that rate, he should be below 50 by the end of tommorow, if trading resumes that is.

Similar to a sporting event that goes into overtime. Even if you have +14 points in an NFL game they won't pay you until the overtime is completed.
In 2000 I had a wager on the election plus I'm in a 16 man betting pool, during midterm and presidential years. That 2000 post election month was maddening, not just for my sanity but also financial status. I would have won the pool for the third time if Gore had won. Instead, sveral people passed me and my profit was chopped by 2/3. The 16 of us must have sent a thousand emails apiece during that month, analyzing every new twist and turn.
At least the Washington senate race turned out well, when the final day of the recount put Mary Cantwell over the top. I would have lost money minus that result. In our betting pool we pick the presidency, each state, senate, and selected house races, both winner and margin.
