My written message to CNN: "I am incredibly angry at your news network.."
Go on CNN, scroll to the bottom, choose "contact", and let them know how you feel about the self-fulfilled prophecy that they're engaged in. Here's what I wrote:

I am incredibly angry at your news network today.

Let me spell out what I've seen happen since last Wednesday.

Lynne Cheney had a Jerry Springer moment, and you lapped it up. You pumped and pumped that story, and ALL of the REAL substance of the debate was ignored.

You are even now pumping a "Gallup" poll you produced which shows Americans think Kerry mentioning a persons name (heaven forbid) was a "innappropriate".

Don't you realize what you've done? You are CREATING the news!!!

Now Kerry is sinking in the polls, because you chose to opt for a Jerry Springer format.

To anyone living outside the USA it is absolutely obvious that George Bush has made the world less safe.

If he is re-elected, you will have played a large part. Congratulate yourself for a huge disservice to the world.

Just don't give them that Kerry is "sinking in the polls."

They DELIBERATELY SKEWED that poll to fit what THEY thought would be "likely voter turnout."

2. First of all Kerry is NOT behind in the polls
Today Zogby has them tied, but that is not the issue

The repugs are scared out of their minds because there is no way they can win this election if the voter turnout is big

The number of new Democratic registration is a BIG DEAL!!!

undecideds are going for Kerry, the newly registered Democrats are going for Kerry, and the 18-24 year olds are going for Kerry

Kerry will win by at least 5%

best thing you can do is boycott CNN, and let them know that is what you are doing

After Kerry wins we will take back the media

Reuters Poll: Bush, Kerry Tied in White House Race
By REUTERS

Filed at 7:12 a.m. ET

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Democratic Sen. John Kerry pulled into a statistical dead heat with President Bush in a seesawing battle for the White House, according to a Reuters/Zogby poll released Monday.

The latest three-day tracking poll showed Kerry and Bush deadlocked at 45 percent apiece barely two weeks before the Nov. 2 election. The president had a 46-44 percent lead over the Massachusetts senator the previous day, and a four-point lead the day before that.

About 7 percent of likely voters say they are still undecided between the two White House rivals.

``This is, as I have said before, the same kind of roller coaster ride we saw in 2000 with the lead changing back and forth and neither candidate able to open up any kind of lead,'' pollster John Zogby said.

5. Whatever ya'll. The polls have sunk...
it's a statement of fact.

You can close your eyes if you want to, and shoot the messanger, but there's no denying that every 2 minutes on CNN they're scrolling thier self-produced poll which shows he did some sinking.

Rage against it, or ignore it. I'm raging.

I should have said "in YOUR polls".....that I do concede.

7. They manipulated ONE poll and it stuck in your head,
destroyed your morale.

Couldn't you see even by the way they were PRESENTING it that they did it on purpose? They were whoring the WHOLE WEEKEND, for God's sake!

8. I'm really glad you wrote that letter, though.
The more we hit them, the better.

Thanks for that. :)
