Ya think Sinclair will switcharoo because they're shorting their stock? |
|
Just a thought... Their stock is going in the dumpster real quick. What would happen if they changed their mind and did not show Stolen Honor? Stock goes back up and the Exec's make a bundle.

1. Their stock may not go back up |
|
I think they pissed off enough people that they may not be able to make a lot of money from now on. Gee, the thought of that really breaks my heart. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

The company is not in good financial shape. It has a ton of debt. It's shown a net loss for the last 3 years.

That's in JUST 10 DAYS! Fortunately, 66% of the stock is owned by family members - :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

3. You're an evil genius... |

The CEO takes a wildly unpopular stand and causes his stock to tank, then reverse position and nets a tidy gain. It's like corporate version of "The Producers."
I don't think that's the case here. These guys just seem like garden variety assholes.

the interests of the stock holders? Boy, that sounds familiar. Has anyone mentioned this to Elliot Spitzer, New York State Attorney General? This sounds like a prosecution and a related stockholder suit in the making.
