Just curious how the press might handle the early voters. Also wondering if they'll let us know how these early votes are breaking-- for * or for Kerry.

1. It will make exit polls useless

Up to 20% of the vote will be done by early voting this year in Florida, maybe more.

2. It depends on how the different states do their voting.

In lots of states voters are registered by party, so they will be able to tell if most of the early voters are dems or pubs. I'm sure the media is going to ask about that! If most of the early voters are dems, the pollsters will weight their results with that in mind.

3. Well, Karl Rove has the Florida vote counters...

...on one line, and Osama on hold on the other line. If Bushy-boy is going down, there will be a major "terrist" attack on Washington DC, just in time to "postpone" the elections until "order is restored."
