Kerry should be saying this is exactly why he voted AGAINST the 87B
in favor of voting FOR a better bill that would have made the administration more accountable for the funding and the SPENDING of the 87 Billion. The 87 billion plue additional funds were passed by Congress and what did it by for our soldiers?

1. Tough..
Maybe. Tough subject to try and shove down throats with just a limited amount of time left on the stump and in TV ads. If he was to do it it should have been done in the debates.

The troops hadn't refused the mission during the debates.

2. We should write LTTE's
And remind local voters of that fact. He should be saying it, maybe he figures he doesn't want to draw any more attention to that vote, I don't know. But I think it's very important too. So write, email, blog!!!

4. Kerry should also hit back
with the fact that Bush was going to veto the first bill because it rolled back the tax cuts for the top 1% proving that Bush cared more about the very rich than he did about the troops.

5. That's exactly what he shouldn't do
Bush and company have coined the fact that he voted against the $87 million dollars. To many people, it doesn't matter why he voted against it and they won't end up hearing Kerry's reasoning from the media anyway. This is old news and the more Kerry stays away from it, the less likely anyone is going to bring it up. Kerry should come up with his own attack on Bush.
