I'm not even watching cable news but I see the posts here today.
The ONE suspect oregon poll they show while ignoring all the others that show Kerry ahead.
I wish there was some way we could lauch a class action suit charging media malpractice. Alas, such laws don't exist.
But we will remember. This wil not be forgotten.

I know there is fraudulent misrepresentation in contract type cases. I wonder if there may not be some type of fraud charges to bring against CNN or FOX. I am certain there has to be some basis for accountability for the media. John Stewart may be the best tool we have. If people shut off the other crap and just listen to Air America radio and Stewart, others will quit making so much money and the corporate owners will ditch them. Then, step in Al Gore and George Soros.
