In his speech today, Chimpie finally referred to our next president as "Senator Kerry" instead of "My Opponent".
Rove had to be the one who told him to do this. By never saying the actual name would be disrespectful, even if only subtly. Maybe it has backfired on them.
Either that, or the Dim Son is off the drugs and can actually remember the word "Kerry".

Their new line of attack is "SENATOR KERRY IS A DANGEROUS LIBERAL! LOOK AT HIS SENATE RECORD!"
Probably a subliminal way to remind people of their new talking-point.

It's my understanding that is fairly common to refer to your opponent as, well, your opponent. Why say their name and give them free "air time." If they want name recognition, they have to pay for it.
