CNN = Media Mafia gangsters : Using flawed polls to sway opinions!
Edited on Mon Oct-18-04 03:00 PM by Frenchie4Clark
I just called CNN and told them that they are not analysing the demographics and methodology of the polls they are touting to the viewing public. Gallup again used a sample consisting of more Republicans than Democrats (38% Repub to 30% Dems)in its latest poll....but CNN ain't telling anyone about this.

Please call them too! 202-898-7900

However, the damage is already done. The fools who allow opinion polls to sway them......will veer toward Bush....as they want to back a winner (their satisfaction in life is increased when they feel that they are right about something for a change....like who the the next President will be).

CNN and the other networks understand this....and use polls to change the direction of the race. Here, they wanted to stop the Kerry momentum he gained by winning all of the debates.

Unfortunately....they will be successful at this unless we act and complaint.

Please do so.......or wait to lose.

2. Email CNN other poll figures.....
http://www.rasmussenreports.com/Presidential_Tracking_Poll.htm

That's two daily tracking polls, Rasmussen and Reuters/Zogby, showing
a tie today.

Date Bush Kerry
Today 47.5 47.3
Oct 17 48.5 46.4
Oct 16 48.3 46.2
Oct 15 49.0 45.5
Oct 14 48.1 45.9
Oct 13 47.6 46.2
Oct 12 47.4 45.8
Oct 11 49.0 45.4
Oct 10 49.5 45.5

Monday October 18, 2004--With just 15 days to go, the race for the
White House is tied once again. The latest Rasmussen Reports
Presidential Tracking Poll shows President George W. Bush and
Senator John Kerry each attracting 47% of the vote. The Tracking
Poll is updated daily by noon Eastern.

The New York Times and Senator Kerry have brought Social Security
back into the campaign over the past two days. An earlier Rasmussen
Reports survey found voters evenly divided as to which is riskier--
letting workers invest on their own or relying on the federal
government for promised benefits. As you would expect, there are
huge generational differences on this issue.

While the national polls remain fairly constant, showing anything
from a Toss-Up to a modest Bush advantage, the state-by-state
terrain is shifting.

Today, the President is speaking in New Jersey, a state that was
considered safe for the Democrats when the year began... and a
state the Republicans think may now be in play. Democrats are
also working to defend other states carried by Al Gore four years
ago including Pennsylvania, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

However, over the past ten days, Senator Kerry has gained several
percentage points in the 16-states thought to be Battlegrounds
when the year began.
