Sorry guys. It's over. Bush won.

What? Didn't you see the polls? :eyes:

Anyone get the feeling the networks are deliberatly skewing the polls to make this race closer than it is to get better ratings?

Cable news channels: "Don't trust 'em!"

4. They don't care about ratings. Ask Phil Donohue.
They don't care about ratings. They have bigger fish to fry about regulation issues, taxes and legal problems. Capitalism is dead in America.

3. Of course the media is reporting the
flawed polls. That's how they sway public opinion. Just like Pravda did...back in the old Soviet Republic!

6. NO HORSERACE, NO VIEWERS
...or so they think. The truth of the matter is, if they don't start telling the goddamn truth, they won't have any viewers.

But your assessment is on the mark. It is a fake out, like wrestling. Jon Stewart was right!!

9. They Intend to Get More Viewers by Buying Up More Stations
You will watch THEM or you won't watch at all.

That is, of course, what the Bush-leaguers at the FCC under Michael Powell have been
offering them, despite overwhelming public comment in opposition.

7. Yes, come to think of it.
They want their "horse race," and if they can't get it legitimately, they're going to report it that way no matter what. Not only will it make the race back and forth until Election Night, but hey, maybe they'll get lucky and people won't notice when Bush steals it again!

Fucking media.
