Michael Powell, the head of the FCC, has unfortunately already said that the FCC can't (or won't) do anything about Sinclair airing the program. IT'S UP TO US NOW!! Sinclair can try to ignore us, but if their advertisers hear from enough upset citizens, they'll start thinking about spending their ad dollars elsewhere, and Sinclair can't ignore THEM!

I came across a great little website that has all the info needed to take action against Sinclair:

another opens. But, he should walk out of Sinclair with his head held up high, he spoke the truth, and the truth usually will win!
If he needs letters of recommendation, I'll write one for him. I just knew this was going to happen.... but this tells me about his character, more than I can say for our supposedly fearless leader.

It will be interesting how Fox, CNN and MSNBC spins this. How quickly they grabbed him. Kerry can you use him?
