need help - are these two admendments good for dems
should I vote yes or no and why

this is a pdf files so I can not copy and paste

http://www.vbgov.com/dept/voter /

the second item in the list on rightish side
November 2, 2004 General and Special Elections Sample Ballot Guide

has to do with redistricting and who gets to stay in office

the second is chain of command

since our state congress is repub - I just sense these are repub favorites

something about amending the constitution irks me - it becomes too permanent and doesn't allow for activists (dem) judges to make things right - although the last activists judges installed * at a federal level

anyway I would like others take on these two constitutional admendments - I am going to vote early since between oct18 and 30 we can. - I like to vote on everything so this is my part of becoming informed

ya'll are going to inform me

the rest of the ballot I have a handle on Kerry/Edwards and Ashe
