If * does win on November 2nd will the cable news watchers stop?

Honestly, if after the way the media has continued to fawn over * and turn on Kerry any chance they get, after having done the same thing to Gore in 2000, will the liberals who still feel compelled to watch cable news finally wise up and stop? Honestly, what is it going to take for people to realize that WE let them get away with it by continuing to watch. If every person that felt strongly against what bush is doing to this country stopped giving business to his #1 enablers, where would they be? Face it. They don't care about your angry e-mail. They don't care how appalled you were at their coverage of any number of instances/events/stories. Because they know you'll keep watching and they know your threats to stop are empty. I know people think they are doing some kind of service in the misguided "know your enemy" way, but it does more harm than good. Don't get me wrong, if * pulls this out of his ass there will be plenty of blame to go around. But I'm convinced none bear as much responsiblity as the crippled, fallen, shamed TV media.

And this goes for dem politicans and spokespeople and operatives. If they don't take a stand as well it will be equally as useless.

I agree sort of but they don't know if you watch or not -- they don't have spies in our houses (yet).

But we do need to make it clear to the public that they are what they are.

On the upside, as has been mentioned here before -- most people in America are not watching cable newstalk.

2. They won't stop.

I e-mailed Gore in 2000 and told him that the DEM need some TV stations if they want to win.Look at Air America and how much it has helped.Just think if we had 2 TV stations.

3. We're Not Neilsen Families. It Doesn't Matter Whether We Watch or Not

Neilsen only samples the true television addicts. It's not worth hooking up a box
and all that otherwise. Pretty good bet that anybody who watches that much TV
is a Republican.
