So What About the "Non-Swing" States? Is There an Upset Brewing Somewhere
While our esteemed media blathers on about the "swing states", I'd like to know from other DUers about what's going on in places like Virginia, South Carolina, Arkansas, Colorado, etc. I read in an email from the Kerry campaign this morning that they're going to contest Colorado for the last two weeks. Thanks in part to our dontations.

So how about it? What's the mood on the ground? Could we really make someplace that the Moran took for granted blue?

2. If bumperstickers are any indication

In Utah (red, red, red), Kerry would win by a margin of 5-1. Democrats are very energized here.

I saw 5 kerry/edwards bumperstickers in the parking lot at the swimming pool I swim laps at. That's out of about 12 cars.

Lap Swimmers For Kerry.

13. I hope there's a few more lap swimmers in your
state than in 2000. Like, maybe 200,000 or so?

12. Yeah, I Live Here and Although I See Lots of K/E in the Atlanta Area
I see plenty of * stickers too. Kerry/Edwards will probably win Atlanta and some of the 'burbs, but that's probably it.

7. Virginia and NC are both withing MOE
Virginia has not had a new poll in a couple of weeks but Kerry is knocking on the doorstep....Real support in the Metro DC counties, But no advertising.

SurveyUSA released a poll today suggesting a Kerry surge to 47. That is a dead heat since two thirds of uncommitteed will wind up voting for the challenger.

(which is the most Republican part of the state), then Kerry has a definate chance.

9. I think that Missouri is in play.
We have a great ground campaign in place with lots of new registrations. GOTV will win it for us here.

11. Delaware is safe for Kerry and Minner (our D governor)
Seriously, this is the state that gave Al Sharpton a delegate. I think Kerry is pretty safe to go!
