5. As I was watching...
...it was my impression that Gore to some degree blames himself. He knows he could have and would have prevented the 9-11 attacks. Everyone should be exposed to his speech. We know the corpowhore media will marginalize it, but he was very much on target.

7. He crashed a bit right after the election, didn't he
Poor guy, I bet he does blame himself to some extent. It's alright, Al. Ya did what you could.

I'm glad our campaign this year has learned something from what was done in 2000.

9. I agree.
As a guy at the local gas station commented to me today, "We was robbed. Al Gore should be running for reelection."

10. Gore would have been a great president. Better than Clinton,
in my opinion. It's so painful to watch and listen to him and realize that he is the man we should be calling, Mr. President instead of that hideous thing chimping it up around the country trying really hard not to go down in history as a worthless election thief.

14. bright side
think of it this way, if 9/11 couldnt be prevented, and it happened under Gore, the country would blame two democratic administrations for not being tough on security.

16. But I don't think 9/11 would have happened under Gore.
It was due to the incompetence & arrogance of the current administration. These fools didn't think they needed to put a high priority on terrorism prevention. :puke:

15. After Sir Shrub
came on the telly yesterday for his speech in NJ, Mr. 'pede started surfing for something else to watch. Thought he's settle on Food Channel but he found Gore on CSPN. He's never had anything good to say about our really elected President but when I came into the LR he said "Gore has some really good things to say." I replied now, dammit, you get it.
