Halloween opportunity?

I've been toying with the idea of making use of Halloween in the following way.

Everybody expects people to knock on their door on Halloween night. So they'll likely answer, and likely be in a friendly mood. Perhaps we could take advantage of this.

Hello! Er.. aren't you a little old for trick-or-treating?

Howdy ma'am. Ah may be old, but ah love a good tricker cheat. Treat. But dontcha worry I ain't gonna take none of your precious candies. I dont know where that stuff's from, yknow, maybe Canada or some dangerous place like that.

Ah want to treat you to somethin, rather. I got some goodies in my bag here. Lookee, here's a pamphlet explainin how I done some flipfloppin in the past, and here's one splainin my desire to eliminate the tax deduction for mortgage interest, and other good stuff like that. Ayuh, here's one on my not wantin to allow an investigation into that 9/11 attack thingie, when the enemy attacked us, maybe Saddam or Osama, I dunno. All sorts of treats. Go 'head, put your hand in and pull one out at random, see what kinder surprise you get from Georgie.

I'm George W. Bush, and I done approved of these last four years. Ya like em?

Okay, not very clever; just an off-the-cuff riff. But you get the idea. Walk about with a Bush mask. Have a bag of literature. Maybe just stuff you print out on your own and have as bits of folded paper.

Maybe a little risky to do this.. hmmm. But I thought I should share the idea in any case.
