I thought the Campaign gave up on WV?
Didn't someone post a few days ago that they gave up on WV? If thats true why do they have an ad on Kerry's website just for WV?

1. There's giving up and then there's making a state second tier
Kerry pulled out of Louisiana and Tennessee for example, but they made Missouri and West Virginia a second tier state: they reduce ad buys, reduce visits and move some, but not all staff, out of those states to the major battleground states.

2. Sssshh
They're also calling WV, getting canvassers out. They love under the radar campaigns.
