Jonathan Lieberman, the Washington bureau chief for Sinclair's news division, told CNN last night that he had been fired for publicly objecting to the decision to present the film as news, not commentary, and to run it so close to the election.

now we've got this guy who just toasted his career over his conscience..
and we have Paula Zahn just trying to nail him on violation of a BS
confidentiality agreement...

which under whistle blower law probably isn't validated anyway...

Seems we're getting some early martyrs from the propaganda wars.

made me so mad with her questioning of this guy. She asked some of the stupidest questions, like she was trying to catch him at something.

GOD!!! I HATE CNN more and more. These people are driving me crazy. All he tried to do was explain his position and why he lost his job and she carried on ...

"Did you violate company policy...hmm...well??"

I use to like her, but not any more. And grinning the whole time she questioned him like it was the happiest story in the world!!

She kept asking him that repeatedly....I was screaming at the TV going "shutup Paula" It was as if she wanted him to "admit" that and somehow discredit him....

Gawd that made me made....I hate CNN too...They are all media whores, every one of them (except for Jon Stewart and Bill Moyer and Bill Maher)....
