2. Mike Malloy was talking about this last night |
|
He mentioned DU and said that people here were researching this and had found the link to Jarmin and Moon. He laid it all out there very clearly for anyone who hadn't heard about it.
I doubt there will be any traceable, explicit link to the RNC or Bush. However, there doesn't have to be. The point of this is that the letter clearly uses Bush's name for fundraising, implying that a donation will help elect him AND save Social Security (a lie).
So, where is the money going? Either this is a fundraiser for Bush's campaign (in which case he should denounce it as a scare tactic for seniors) or, if the money is NOT going to the campaign, it is an outright scam (and Bush should strongly denounce it and call for criminal prosecution for Jarmin and others involved).
He has done neither, nor will he unless forced to. THAT is what the Kerry campaign needs to point out. They need to force Bush to explain why he hasn't put a stop to this, or even denounced it.

3. I agree with you. bush* should, if he's the good Christian man that he |
|
tries to make people believe he is, tell all these people to knock of the criminal activity. Because when he doesn't, he's just as bad as they are. And if he knows about it, which I'm sure he does, he's an accomplice or co-conspirator.
Forgive me, I know this horse has been trotted out on the forum before, but I've been reading about the R.I.C.O. statutes and how they've been used, especially civil prosecutions, and I think that the RNC could be nailed under them. Just because something has never been done before doesn't mean it can't be done. And they've provided so many examples of a continual pattern of fraud, deceit, and violating peoples rights, that I just do not understand for the life of me why they can't be nailed. Oregon, Ohio, Florida, Colorado, they've been caught with their hands in the cookie jar. So many deeds linked back to members of the RNC.
