Poll question: Who do you think is benefitting more from their ads? |
|
For those of us who do not see many ads because we live in ocean blue or flaming red states, please share your take on the effectiveness of the overall ad campaigns.

1. I really would have to say Kerry is while trying to remain unbiased. |

Here in Michigan the Kerry ads have really been playing well. He has been addressing major problems here i.e. job losses and health care. The Bush ads that play are the insincere actor voicing about "Kerry and the Liberals in Congress". They come up so often, we've taken to joking about it. When my husband says, "Kerry..." I always break in with "....and the Liberals in Congress" :hi:
It would be interesting to me to see which states are playing the "pity me" and "Healer Bush" ads. They are not playing here that I know of. That would be just ridiculous up here.

Are Freepers answering this, or do people here really feel that Bush and his 527s have the superior ad campaign?

It's not really the Bush ads as much as the new Swift Boat ads using POWs and showing the large group of them and they sound soooooooo reasonable. Kerry's ads are low key and have no punch. Bush's own ads are still negative, but guess it works
