Ann Arbor's paper endorsed BUSH in 2000?!?!?!
Given Ann Abrbor's ultra-liberal bent, wouldn't that be akin to the Boston Globe's refusing to endorse Kerry?

1. Don't forget, Bush ran as a compassionate conservative moderate uniter
in 2000. The media incorrectly portrayed Bush and Gore as having basically no differences in their stances on issues, but pushed Bush's 'likeability' and 'honesty'. Lots of people were fooled into believing that Bush would govern in a bipartisan way.

3. Hard to believe
But true. I haven't purchased a single copy of the Ann Arbor News since. I'm curious as to whom they'll endorse this time.

6. don't believe the hype
about ann arbor.
the students go to U of Mich to make money, not to be activists. the general population, esp outside of the downtown area, is surprisingly conservative and very wealthy.
and the Ann Arbor News SUCKS!
