5. Not Sure They're Accusing Sinclair Executives of Anything Illegal
at least not yet. Executives are free to cash out their positions as long as they don't use secret information to do so. But if there is major inside selling shortly before the stock is cut in half, it does raise suspicions. Especially since the recent decline is due to a conscious decision by management.

Shareholder are pissed. I would not want to be the Investor Relations person on the call. Very good news.
