it's not a bad ply, actually. surely theirs a few people who would benefit form a union that listen to rush's show. they hit the web, and voila, maybe they'll convert.

2. ad agencies

Probably when they bought the time from the ad agency they struck a deal for X number of spots in various markets. If they weren't specific about who and where, the agency will place the spots in available slots wherever they can get a good buy.
