Schwarzenegger gave Kerry a HUGE boost today
What Ah nold told the "Undecideds" who LOVE him is that Bush is wrong on stem cells and Kerry is right.

1. As much as it galls me how he got into office
As much as I hate having a serial groper as governor, I have to admit that we could have done worse.

7. I jsaw brief clips of it. He was making a speech endorsing
Proposition 71 out here - funding for stem cell research. He's all for it. I think he did this yesterday.

3. I have never understood in what way Arnold is a Republican. On all social
issues, he is a Democrat. I guess he is Republican because of his money.

4. Perhaps he is an old style republican. You know, fiscal restraint,
moderate social values, pro business.

The kind of republican that Bushco has been purging for the past several years.

6. I tongue-tied a Republican the other day regarding Arnold
He was bragging that Arnold was the next Reagan because of his charisma and then I pointed out that Arnold was to the left of Bill Clinton on social issues when I pointed out that Arnold came out for gay marriage, even though he was against the San Fran mayor doing it unilaterally, while Clinton pushed through the Defense of Marriage Act that labeled marriage as man-woman.

5. Ahnold
Yeah... I had to give kudos to him too for coming out with his comments right now of all times.

8. I like Arnold better than McCain.
You don't see Arnold touring the US with Bush while licking his jackboots.

America could do far worse than to have Arnold take over the Republican party. He'd still be more wrong than right on major issues, but holy shit what an improvement over the Bush-DeLay axis of evil.
