3. Are they deciding whether their vote in this election can be split?
Can they really decide something like that during the election? It seems like a dangerous precedent to set. I like the idea of splitting one's electoral votes, but I don't like the idea of deciding to split them while the votes are actually being cast.

2. Other. Between destroying Dem registration cards, purges with bad data
bases, BBV problems up a gum stump all over the place, figuring there will be intimidation based on the shit that is already happening to citizens, the whole country is setting up to be this year's Florida.

5. A Combination: Ohio, Colorado and Florida
We're already seeing signs of fixes being put in.

Funny part is Kerry may end up winning all three anyway... :-)

6. per Greg Palast on C-Span this morning ...
the answer is: New Mexico ...

but the whole damned process is corrupt all over the country ... Palast said that there is so much wrong with the election process that the election will be contested again ...

but this time, in my opinion, there will be ongoing war ... there will be no peaceful settlements ... those bastards aren't going to be occupying my White House again .. got that ??

if they do, we call for a national strike ... we throw ourselves on the machine ... we clog the gears ... we bring the damned country to a stop ... because if all we're going to do is whine about it on DU, we ain't even in the game ... you either have power or you don't ... waiting for the DLC to file a brief with the court is just not going to get anything done ...

talk is cheap ... they steal this election again and it's time to put an end to business as usual ... I really don't know why but Americans just don't get that ...
