1. see, Randi? THIS is how you get shareholder action. in BIG BLOCKS
of stock--not 10 or 20 shares. Let's hope the pressure stays on this AND that we continue to focus our energy on BUSH the CROOK! BUSH the LIAR! BUSH the KILLER!

2. No doubt you know the value of Sinclair's shares have gone down.

Large part because of the controversey over "Stolen Honor". It also seems many on Sinclairs board anticipated this and dumped their shares. This sounds like insider trading to me.

3. Lovely!

I especially liked question number 12:

Some critics suggest that Sinclair management is more interested in partisan political views than in protecting shareholder value. They say Sinclair's partisan agenda also risks alienating viewers, advertisers and regulators. Could you explain why they are wrong?

Answer: No, because "they" are NOT WRONG!

5. .3% is a significant share
especially when "one of the largest shareholders" only has 4%. And that shareholder is quoted in the letter as saying, "I don't want my media companies that cover news to be making news." Sounds like the larger shareholders are none too happy, either.

6. I had read somewhere
that 90 percent of the stock was held by insiders.

SBGi dropped as low as 6.16 today on extremely heavy volume (4 x avg vol)
The advertisers continue to be pounded hard. P&G is down for the 6th day in a row.
