There's not a vote that's really going to be influenced by this crap, and anyone who is going to watch wasn't going to vote for Kerry in the first place.

By them showing it, they cross the line of abusing their publicly-issued licenses and opens the door to revocations, challenges and investigations into the company's affiliated companies.

There's a lot of shit coming down on Sinclair right now...including a major stockholder lawsuit that would gain a lot of teeth if this thing airs.

4. That Was Sooooo August

Many hadn't seen/heard about these assholes when they came out from under their rock (shame on the Kerry people who knew they were there), and they got a tremendous amount of push in the media. That was 25 issues, slanders and a Mary Chenney ago.

Besides the fact that the entire group has been totally debunked and, in fact, iritates as many veterans as it appealed to, what is there they can do? Initially I heard the special would feature someone pissing on a flag...but even then if it were that damaging, we would have seen it by now.

Whose vote is this gonna sway at this late date and with all the controversy that's been swirling around the showing. Let it air and then it opens Sinclair up to a major world of hurt.

5. Well, I've written to them AND to their advertisers...more than once

I refuse to buy products advertised on Sinclair and made that point clear to those involved...along with a nice long letter "why". :D

I'm NOT for censoring it in movie theaters though. That is against my principles, I can't get behind that at all.
