If you are a newly registered voter and you have trouble |

voting because the poll worker say your name is not on the registered voter list. Request for a provisional ballot. This ballot will allow you to vote and your vote will count as long as you are legally registered. Another important note, make absoultly shure your at at the right polling place you are suppose to vote at. Say for instance you are at precinct 3 but you are registered to vote at precinct 5. You will not be on list at 3. If you vote at that precinct your vote will not count. so if you are newly registered be shure of your polling precinct where you need to vote. This is the deal in Tn. I think it may also be natiowide.
