Anyone see the Family Ties "Keetons" on CSPAN last night?
I caught just a part of it at the end. I was doing something else, and thought...I know those voices! It was Michael Goss and Meredith Baxter from that 1980's show. They were speaking at some kind of Dem function in Columbus, Ohio. They were excellent!

Meredith: They say he's the guy they want to have a beer with. I DON'T WANT TO HAVE A BEER WITH HIM, I WANT HIM TO ACT LIKE A PRESIDENT.

Michael: They criticize Kerry for changing his mind. That's what I love about him. He is smart enough to evaluate his course, and if he sees it is going wrong he'll change course!

Meredith also said something about security and how safer she feels with Kerry working cooperatively to fight terror. She is such an iconic Mom to so many women...I hope those "Security Moms" listen to her thoughtful words.

Ohio for Kerry..Glad you got to see some of it.

I hope more and more People who can connect to voters on any level will get out in these battleground states as the election draws nearer.

3. I agree.
They even mentioned Michael Fox and the stem cell research issue. They are two very well spoken actors who are respected and make good spokes-people for Kerry. Unlike Ted Nugent or Ron Silver!!! Hahah~

2. I wonder if they have disowned Alex
On the show, their son had a Richard Nixon lunchbox. :D (Of course, Michael J. Fox is for Kerry).

4. I saw them...
They were really good. Meredith was heading to Boston, and Michael was going to Iowa.

5. What would we do baby....
...without Kerry? I love that show. I am glad to see them stumping for Kerry. I am really glad that Michael J. Fox is stumping for Kerry too.
