Shrub got two-weeks' notice last night in Dayton, Ohio.
Yes -- he only has to work hard, really hard, for two more weeks.

A wonderful Kerry rally, attended by 15,000 supporters, was a terrific example of LANDSLIDE; think LANDSLIDE! And that attitude was prevalent last night.

Kerry On!

1. So glad to hear this, been really worried about OH
appreciate any news from the state

Seems weird that it would be a question even, considering how bad this administration has been for their major industries and labor, but, sigh, that could be said for the entire country.

Glad to hear things are in play for the Buckeye State!

2. so sorry he'll continue to receive a pension....
4 years in office, 40% of it on vacation,
runs up a huge deficit, gives his contributors
huge tax breaks, and he's set up for life.

Not a bad job if you can steal it.

6. Sad, when so many hard-working folks are losing theirs
under his administration.

Eastern European immigrants came to Ohio to find unskilled, factory work and they did. Pre-union, they worked 7 days a weeks. And that was dangerous, dirty work before OSHA.

Men who put in 30 years of back-breaking steel mill jobs now do not get a pension from those mills. They were promised a pension and health care, but they receive none.

I'm tired of Shrub and his broken promises.

Two-weeks' notice -- he's outta here.

the election is going to have to be a team effort; we all need to chip in time to make sure the voters get to the polls, and the votes get counted.

10. Yep, that's what VolcanoJen shouted at a Shrub-sign carrier
at last night's rally. This guy came up to us, shoved a Shrub sign in our face and shouted "Now here's a real sign."

Jen asked him why Shrub hasn't been to Ohio lately; he looked stunned.

I smiled, thanked him for coming, and told him I believe in freedom of speech; again he looked stunned.

And then, some big union guys came up to us and the guy REALLY looked stunned and ran for his car.

Shrub's AWOL in Ohio.
