(I say *If* because I don't want to mess with our karma.)

1. Kenny Boy is a shoe-in. In fact. . .
If Bush loses, look for Ken Lay to take a plea bargain, no matter how bad a deal, just to have his trial over with BEFORE Bush is out of office.

5. Well, Congress will override the Presidential pardon

for criminals that has screwed America. In fact, I would recommend that a law passed for those incumbents are defeated in an election will NOT allow that said defeated incumbents to pardon anybody.

7. You have to be convicted to be pardoned
At last look, Kenny Boy's trial(s) won't even happen until Fall of 2005.

9. The same catch-22 exists for
Limbaugh. He'll drag his feet on his legal matters and jeb will be out of office when the drug addict is convicted.

Expect blanket pardons for all the repub criminals after the election,
for all crimes they may have committed, or will commit in the future....

10. Pick up a White House directory
And just run down the list. He'll even pardon himself, if history is any indicator. Remember, his daddy pardoned the Iran/contra folks who were about to go on trial in the dead of night on Christmas Eve 1992, just before he left office. Cap Weinberger, Eliot Abrams, and the rest of the gang that would have put the lie to Poppy's infamous assertion that he was "out of the loop" on the arms for hostages deal.

And because the executive power to pardon is absolute, there won't be a thing anyone can do about it.

By the way, I think the pardon power should be absolute if the executive is to have it. And it should be (and probably will be in the future if my prediction holds true) a fit subject for evaluating candidates for the presidency: Not only "do you want this man to have his finger on the button," but also "do you trust this man to wield the power of the pardon".

18. He won't have to
If he loses, he will stir up such an international shitstorm that the country won't possibly be able to let Kerry take office.

And, even if Kerry gets to take office, he will be impeached immediately for all the shit Bush did before leaving the White House.

could've spilled the beans on his own involvement in Iran-Contra.

The prosecutor called it "cover up." Remember this:
