about Zarqawi and Tora Bora. NBC has an article abouot how the Pentagon passed on Zarqawi several times before the war in Iraq.

And, there are numerous articles about how they F'ed up at Tora Bora.

Why even use Franks as a fact check source when he is so obviously partisan and in fact wrong about Tora Bora.
