busholini misreported his HUGE windfall profits from his sale of shares in the Texass Rangers baseball team ($660,000 shares sold for $15MILLION) that clear channel's bill hicks bestowed upon him, for favors to be named later.

bush declared the proceeds as a long-term capital gain, which it wasn't, as opposed to ordinary income, which it was. This means Bush paid at the capital gains' rate of 20 percent as opposed to the ordinary income rate of 39.6 percent. Beating the IRS out of nearly 20 percent in additional taxes.

busholini, upon assuming the governorship, appointed hicks to the University of Texas Board of Regents, whereupon hicks set up a shady managment scheme for the multibillion dollar University endowment, with shady results.
