Maybe collagen to remove wrinkles or reduce sagging. His upper left lip and cheek area were swollen, making his mouth appear to be drooping. The fact that now it's gone suggests that it was something cosmetic. His handlers must be sensitive about the fact that he appears to have aged quite a bit in recent months.
