It couldn't be that they want to narrow the focus and exclude the opposing view. They're a professional news organization!
No, they just determined that Chris Matthews, a registered Democrat, BTW, has such a huge head both literally and figuratively, that he counts as three liberals. And they give him an extra point because he's the moderator. See? Everything all fair and balanced!
