Pledge #137: Please no more Republican tactics |
|
I seen several supporters of a certain candidate go out of their way to dig up so-called facts on another candidate because their candidate was exposed and embarrassed in a debate by the other candidate. Let's pledge to stop these type of republican tactics. Aren't we above this?
Now, repeat after me...
I, (state your name), pledge to not use republican tactics on Democratic Underground.

1. What are "Republican" tactics? |

I am opposed to arguing GOP talking points and pimping Bushit (and other administration officials) to bash our candidates; usually people who do these things are freepers.

5. excuse me but remind me...who will we be running against this fall? |
|
when you can get the pubbies to stop pubbie tactics, then i could agree that there is no need to innoculate the candidates against same.
if any candidate or their supporters are not up to pubbie style challenges, then they are not up to being our nominee.

|

by using biased innuendo: "exposed and embarrased", and trying to get away with it by not naming the candidate - but making it perfectly clear who you meant. You then proceed to make a sweeping generalization of your unnamed candidates supporters for the offense of defending their candidate, and trying to look like you are staying above the fray in the meantime. That's classic GOP smear tactic, friend.
Sorry, not playing in this game with your rules :)
love it in theory though.
