My email to Hardball
I hope this does not sound too stupid but I was pissed with their stupid discussion tonight and fired this off. I always welcome your critique on my comments and appreciate your taking the time. Here is what I sent.

The show has gotten pathetic. First of all he only has Bush supporters on his panel anymore except for maybe one. Everybody knows where Greenspans wife stands along with the has-been actor. However, besides the snide comment, tonight with all the important issues they could take up, they bash Senator Kerry’s wife for making a mistake about Mrs. Bush previously having a job and she immediately apologized for it as soon as she realized she had made the mistake. They always take a issue anymore to bash Kerry. Why don’t they just move to Fox where Kerry bashing is expected.

They could have at least balanced it out by bringing up President Bush telling Pat Robertson that he did not need to prepare the American people for casualties because there would be none.

What do you think is more relevant or important in this election? A senator’s wife making a mistake about the president’s wife’s job or a president saying invading a nation would bring no casualties. Both of these comments were made today and look what Harball chooses to discuss.

I think their choice shows the relevance of the show itself.

1. I like the comparison. It shows the idiocy of what they focus on.

2. Great email...
Unfortunately it won't make a difference.

I am amazed at all of the real news we pick up on everyday. I expect to hear or read about it on the news that night, and all we get is "can you believe Kerry(s) mentioned something about nothing".

I have given up completely on watching any news, which scares me knowing they are all whoring for Bush.

4. Two thumbs up!
I believe every e-mail makes a difference, even if it ends up as a hash mark in the 'unfavorable' column. Thanks for writing to them. I write them on a frequent basis myself.
